Completed in 2008, this project required an excellent designer and space planner, namely Lucinda Bailey, Allied Member, ASID of Lucinda Bailey Interior Design, Pasadena, CA. Using the existing footprint of the home, Bade Construction decreased the size of the family room (which was previously an addition to the house and too large for the actual home) to make room for a laundry room and extra bedroom. In addition, the kitchen and a bathroom were completely remodeled, all of the windows were replaced, the hard wood floors were refinished, the stucco was sandblasted and redone, the roof and HVAC unit were replaced and an alarm system and tankless water heater were installed.
