In 2004, Bade Construction began building these two subdivisions in Montclair consisting of 51 single family homes. The homes were built in different phases, all of which were completed before or during 2006. The 33 single story homes range from 2,275 to 2,625 sq. ft. of livable space, and the 18 two story homes have 2,513 to 2,890 sq. ft. of liveable space.
